Smiddy and Keppoch Walk

A longer walk with views over to Raasay, the Cuillins on Skye and the Applecross glen. You pass by an old ice pond and a former reservoir, then move into an area set aside for native woodland regeneration. After this on the hillside are the remains of the lime kilns. Crossing the main road you continue through a conifer plantation and descend to the old Smiddy.
